The Professional version of Journease provides you with the ability to give instant quotes, and to monitor and control your jobs in real time on a live console, where you can enter POD information or details of job delays as the job progesses.

Journease will link smoothly to the most commonly used accounts packages - Sage Line 50 or QuickBooks. All this is at a very affordable price.

This software has also been designed for the road transport industry, but differs from Journeeze in as much as it is aimed at hauliers and freight forwarders. Once jobs have been entered they are collated on to a "trip", which can represent a trailer (for hauliers) or a number of individual jobs (for freight forwarders). This provides a despatch list giving a definitive description of the goods to be picked and loaded in your warehouse on to your trailer (for hauliers) or to be collected by a sub-contractor (for freight forwarders). It is then easy to track costs, revenue and profitability by trip or by individual job.

SmoothTrans has a comprehensive management reporting system, enabling your sales team to monitor sales by customer or country, and your financial team to manage overall operations costs and profitability.

OptiSlit
