From manufacturing to transport, our clients include individuals working from home to whole companies in offices spread over several floors. For us, size doesn’t matter. Whoever you are, and whatever you do, our relationship with you begins with us getting to know you. We work locally within the southwest, because we’ll want to visit you, talk to you, see your business in action. And we’ll ask you lots of questions – what do you need? Why do you need it? What will you be using it for? Together, we’ll work out the most efficient solutions to your IT needs (big or small) and establish an ongoing relationship that makes your IT our long-lasting responsibility. After all, you’ve got a business to run! If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it before you even notice – and if you do notice, we’ll be there in person to put things right. We can do this because we’re here, on your doorstep.
Whether it’s an email system, wireless connectivity, cloud storage, a back-up system or a small-business server – among myriad other things – we’ll tailor what we do, how we respond, and how often you see us, just for you. Read in more detail about our services here.
Unique relationships, unique businesses
We believe that building relationships is the key to the success of our business, and that makes it fundamental to the success of your business too. Our unique relationships include:
- Software manufacturers – enabling us to provide some of the most powerful wireless software in the world, among other applications and solutions.
- Hardware suppliers – to ensure we can give you the best possible deals on the nuts and bolts of your IT.
- You – making you feel we’re part of your team.
What will it cost?
We know that businesses need to see value for money. Our aim is to make sure that you know where every penny of your IT support budget goes, that’s why, through our billing platform and customer portal we provide comprehensive reporting. We think you should be able to call us, talk to us, see us, and know that whether you need 15 minutes, an hour or three hours of our time, that’s what you’ll pay for. Perhaps that sounds old-fashioned. We don’t think so. We think it represents the open, honest and transparent way we like to work.
